Q: Which kind of product does your company provide?
A: Our main products including: Digital tv broadcasting headend equipment and system, like headend signal gathering, DVB-S/S2/ATSC/DVB-T /ISDB-T/DVB-C Integrated Receiver Decoder, HD/SD Video Encoder which supports Multiplexing, ASI input & output. Multichannel Tuner input, RF output transmodulator, multichannel HDM to RF output encoder modulator, IP and ASI input, RF with DVB-C,DVB-T, ISDB-T, ATSC optional output modulator, IPTV/OTT solution for hotel, hospital, community application.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: Normally Digicast provide five years after sale service with its quality issue and lifetime technical support.

Q: What kind of shipping way for the sample and the shipment?
A: Normally we will ship by air express, such as DHL, FedEx,UPS or depends on the customers' needs.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Usually, we will arrange the delivery within 3-5 working days after receiving payment, if there are some customized requirements or the batch orders, Please confirm with sales representative
Q: What are my payment choices?
A: we can accept payment by bank transfer, T/T, Paypal (5% extra fee), western union, Alibaba assurance order optional
Q: Can you do OEM for us?
A: Yes. If there is a certain order quantity, we can do OEM including printing, logo, and customized model for you.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Because our company produces a variety of products, the minimum order quantity varies accordingly. Different products are affected by raw material reserves, product value, production cycle, order progress, and inventory. The minimum order quantity of some products is 1 piece, while the minimum order quantity of some products may exceed 1,000 pieces. Please ask our salesman in detail to get the latest and most accurate information.
Q: What is the name of your factory and where is it located?

Q: What is a headend?
A: A headend is used to receive TV channels from external sources and convert them to a unified format for distribution to the in-room TVs. A traditional headend consists of terrestrial and/or satellite antennas and an appliance that converts the TV signals.
Q: Broadcast headend or IPTV headend?
A: A broadcast headend is used for distribution in a coaxial antenna network inside the building. An IPTV headend is used for streaming multicast IPTV channels over a local area network (LAN) instead of the coax network. So, if you already have a coax network and don't want to upgrade to IPTV and LAN you need a broadcast headend, otherwise an IPTV version. Some hotel TV systems use both to distribute different kinds of channels, but the cost-efficient version is to go with one or the other.
Q: Where do the TV channels come from?
A: The headend typically receives TV channels from satellite dishes, terrestrial antennas and/or cable from cable TV operators. It's also possible to receive TV channels from the internet and other network equipment like IPTV cameras or computers.
