Overview
This AV Modulator MPEG-2 24-Channel SD AV Modulator is a broadcast-level encoding platform that employs advanced compression technology to deliver ultra-low bitrate and low latency performance. It ensures high-quality video output even at low bit rates.
This modulator integrates 24 encoding channels and supports two external ASI inputs. These inputs can be multiplexed with local program streams, eliminating the need for additional multiplexers. The device also supports cascading with multiple encoders, simplifying network architecture and enabling highly reliable solutions.
The modulator provides both ASI and IP (TSoIP) output interfaces. The IP output can be configured via software to deliver either one MPTS or 24 SPTS over IP.
Equipped with a user-friendly Network Management System (NMS), the DMB-9580 supports online software upgrades to add new features, enhance functionality, and improve performance. With its superior performance, flexible configuration, advanced compression technology, and excellent cost-effectiveness per channel, it is the preferred choice for digital TV service providers and end-users.
