Overview
DMB-9581E Encoder/Modulator is an all-in-one device integrated encoding (MPEG-4/AVC H.264), multiplexing and modulation functions in one standard 1U case.
It can convert 8/12/16/20/24 HDMI signals ,IP and 2 ASI input to ISDB-T
RF out in the frequency range of 50~960MHz.It is also equipped with 2 ASI ports and IP port to output TS.

Encoder&Modulator&Multiplexer ALL IN ONE---not only hdmi input, also support 128*MPTS/SPTS UDP/IP+2*ASI input,RF out can from HDMI,IP,ASI any source, IP output 127*SPTS over IP(UDP/RTP),1/8*MPTS, 2*ASI(independent) out, RF out with 4/8/16*RFISDB-T or 16/32*RF DVB-C for option.( when ISDB-T RF output only 1*ASI input, ISDB-T output only 2K mode,don't support 4K and 8K)
Compatible with a variety of signal sources---Mixed HDMI+Tuner(DVB-SS2/C/TT2/ISDB-T/ATSC) input,for example 16 HDMI+8*Tuners(frequency)
Flexible use of frequency points--bandwidth range 768 Mhz,frequency points can be used flexible within bandwidth range(when 16*RF out)
Multi-Carriers Version option---4/8/16 DVB-T/C/ATSC/ISDB-T out or 32 QAM DVB-C out option accordingly the programs channels quantity.
