It cuts bandwidth consumption by around 50% vs H.264 while keeping identical visual quality, perfectly fitting HD/4K live streaming, IPTV and video recording.

Yes. H.265 delivers the same image quality at roughly half the bitrate of H.264, lowering network and storage costs. It handles 4K/UHD far more smoothly and produces less block noise at low bitrates. The only downside is weaker compatibility with very old playback devices.
