Overview
The DMB‑9581E is a high‑performance HDMI QAM modulator from DIGICAST's professional encoder‑modulator series. It converts HDMI, IP and ASI audio/video signals into modulated Full HD (MPEG‑4/H.264) channels compatible with DVB‑T, DVB‑C, ATSC, ISDB‑T and DTMB broadcasting systems.
It accepts external SD and HD sources including satellite receivers, DVR/NVR, DVD players, CCTV systems and more. Channels created from HDMI sources can be seamlessly mixed with terrestrial TV signals and distributed through a single coaxial cable network, viewable on all standard receiving devices.
This makes it an ideal solution for adding local or internet‑based channels into existing coaxial TV infrastructures. It is widely applied in hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, residential complexes and CATV operator networks.
