Overview
DMB-5100E TV Modulator Series IP to RF modulator is designed to receive content delivered via an IP backbone or CDN system and modulate the programs into digital RF signals for distribution over coaxial cable or DVB-T/ATSC/ISDB-T transmission.
This all-in-one device aggregates IP Transport Streams in UDP/RTP format through three Gigabit Ethernet ports, each supporting up to 128 IP streams (SPTS/MPTS). It also accepts 6 ASI inputs, and modulates both IP and ASI sources into 8/16/24/32 non-adjacent ISDB-T/DVB-T/ATSC RF carrier outputs or 16/32 QAM DVB-C RF carriers output option .
The TV Modulator is ideal for converting IPTV programs into RF signals at the head-end, making it a perfect solution for a wide range of digital television broadcasting applications.
