OVERVIEW
DMB-5100E Series IP-to-RF Modulators represent our company's latest advancement in cost‑effective digital TV front‑end audio‑video processing equipment. Designed to receive content delivered via IP backbone or CDN (Content Delivery Network) systems, these modulators convert programming into digital RF signals suitable for distribution over coaxial infrastructure or for broadcast in DVB‑T, ATSC, ISDB‑T, and DVB‑C standards.
Input Capabilities
The unit functions as an all‑in‑one signal‑aggregation device, accepting IP transport streams through multiple interfaces:
DATA1: Gigabit Ethernet port for RTMP, HTTP, RTSP, HLS, and SRT streams.
DATA3: UDP/RTP input.
DATA2: 8× MPTS UDP/RTP output capability.
ASI: 6× ASI inputs for baseband transport streams.
Output Flexibility
The modulator processes IP and ASI inputs and generates 8, 12, 16, or 24 non‑adjacent RF carriers compliant with ISDB‑T, DVB‑T, or ATSC, as well as 16 or 32 DVB‑C carriers.

DMB-5100E enables the creation of customized IPTV‑to‑RF headend systems, offering a complete, integrated solution for a wide range of digital television broadcasting applications.

Input Protocols: Supports RTMP, HTTP, RTSP, HLS, SRT via DATA1, and UDP/RTP via DATA3.
Output Streams: Delivers 8 MPTS outputs via DATA2 over UDP/RTP.
Processing Capacity: Can receive and re‑multiplex hundreds of IP streams, then output up to 24 DVB‑T/ATSC/ISDB‑T multi‑carrier RF signals, enabling distribution of hundreds of SD/HD programs over coaxial or terrestrial networks.
RF Output Options: Configurable for 8/12/16/24 RF carriers of DVB‑T/ATSC/ISDB‑T/DTMB, or 16/32 QAM DVB‑C outputs.
Front‑Panel Indicators: Includes L1/L2/L3 and H1/H2/H3 status lights for 6 ASI inputs.
Integrated Functions: Combines multiplexing and modulation in a single unit.
Remote Management: Web‑based interface for easy access, configuration, and firmware upgrades.
PID Handling: Supports up to 180 PIDs per channel with PID remapping capability.
Modulation Performance: Excellent shoulder characteristics and modulation quality with MER ≥ 37 dB.
Reliability: Low power consumption and high reliability, with MTBF ≥ 50,000 hours.
